Author 'GAUDE J-M' A voir (Id 59452 ) : This is not a church, but the small chapel of Mont Guillaume to 2250 meters of altitude located in the High Alps. It takes a good three hours walking in the Embrunais, with a vertical drop of 1000 meters to arrive at this place where one has a superb panorama on the lake of Greenhouse-Ponçon.

I arrived a little late on this image. I find it very original framing and the wall of dry stone, as well as the roof of roofing stones are beautiful and well developed.

Original Photo, in general, we photograph the churches face. Walls without mortar and the chains of mountains in the distance, almost erased, give to the image the air of an archetype.

I love this "monument" that resembles a chapel. Very nice picture! Congratulations. Treat us again.

MANON Hello, thank you for your passage on EIF and your nice comment. This is actually a chapel overlooking the lake of Serre-Ponçon: 18:. Jean-Mi

Always moving, these chapels dotted along the mountain trails, built with materials found on site and a lot of faith and love. The old wall and the slate appear to us in all their hardiness, and we guess the blue valley, at the bottom: thank you for sharing. 6:: 3:

I could not make such a trip! Thank you for providing us with the generosity it takes to get there ... This chapel can restore all the hopes of the world!

Well, very clear, very beautiful. These architectures (dry stone, obviously ?) are very beautiful to see, and this shot allows us to see all of the geometry and the construction of the work. The bottom, blue contrast perfectly.

I like a lot !

The main subject is also the office of first plan. It just clogs the background and it is a pity.
Te placing of means you could have a view of the mountains.

Panorama was hidden by a stone chapel, this is very original and a bit frustrating . There is no doubt that other photos will come.

Thank you to your legs of having made the climb to send us this beautiful image. The net is the appointment

A chapel is a very special stone that is very basic, but why not.

Very beautiful photo, a beautiful landscape. It remains you to show us a view on the lake of Greenhouse-Ponçon. From this point of view is what we see the new village of Savines ?
> Domi_desbiolles [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Apr 20, 2008
Very nice picture and very beautiful chapel ! A question : is it normal that the cross leans so much ? Or if there is a place to straighten the image ? But really, it is very beautiful.

This small chapel Séyères is gorgeous and a beautiful sharpness. With the chain mountain in the background and under this beautiful blue sky, it's a cliché original of all beauty, and remarkably presented : bravo and thank you.
