06 Cathedral 2

Author 'Nenfer13' (Id 200661 ) : A second view of the interior of the cathedral of Sospel but with a closer view of the altar. This interior is beautiful, but it still has a little suffered the ravages of time, it is a pity.

Hi Fernand, I forgot to ask you what software you treat your hdr ?

Very nice photo, but as you signal a hdr would have been well ; Personally, I practice always with a bracketing of three pictures, when I get home in a church.

Thank you Denis, for this comment. I the fact me also when I think about it, and this time I didn't. Have a good week.

Not easy to work at this speed (without a tripod) the framing is good and the lines are parallel (you may have to be adjusted under software). The light is well-distributed, no black areas or overexposure (except, logically, the two openings high). Bravo for this well-balanced photo. Jean-Mi.

Thank you gaude J-M for the comment. Indeed it is not easy at 1/8s, but I have managed to be what it is net. The prospects for the yes of course I ais straightened, because the focal length of 25mm to my 17-70mm distortion is important. I posted another view but processed in hdr without too much force on the levers. Have a good week.

Indeed, we see better the details of the whole. It is a beautiful cathedral, they were good builders of our veterans.
It is a pity that there are these two windows highlight each side. thank you.

Thank you Gede for this comment and put it in your favorites. Yes you are right, it is a pity for the 2 openings in the top are overexposed. But this is the big problem in the churches, when simple windows or stained glass windows are against the light. And the space is too large to be able to use the flash. The ideal would have been that I made a bracketing on 3 shots, but I do not ais not thought of at the time. Have a good Sunday.

And now I discover the interior of this cathedral, I am not to have visited it no more. Thank you for me to discover Ferdinand. It is beautiful with all those paintings on the ceiling.
