Beautiful presentation of these flowers, it's the Balfour Impatiens (impatiens balfourii or Balfour's touch-me-not English). It is a plant annual decorative native to Asia. The leaves are a soft green with toothed edges. Flowering is abundant and has spread throughout the summer and early fall. These pink flowers are in cluster group a the end of the stems.
