Thank you all, it is a persimmon, I do not know, so I thought it was an orange, which seemed strange to me anyway, is that orange and other citrus Roquebrun still have all their leaves. Thank you for your ID at all.

Yes, it is indeed a persimmon or kaki (Diospyros kaki) is a tree native to China and cultivated in warm countries for its fruit, the persimmon. It is found in all tropical regions and particularly in the Mediterranean, where it is around the olive and fig trees. The fruits are depressed at the top, somewhat resembling the shape of tomatoes, red-orange at maturity. It should be consumed when they are almost over-ripe and the flesh becomes creamy. Like Anne I thought of seeing this persimmon tree. For the persimmon fruit is in season and has no leaf. But I could be wrong. : 4:
