Author 'Gipsy34' (Id 149412 ) : I posted this butterfly wings closed yesterday, here today with open wings. He was identified as a Tircis, but I do not agree with his ranking. Though I try, I did not find what it is.

Yep! Superb. In my garden, I see some but seem to have binges and do not stay in place. I hope that the flowers I will plant, they will be tempted to take the time to enjoy. Thank you for giving me the pleasure of such fine detail on EIF.

: 3: Great shot! There is little evidence that these butterflies right now, but I have not been in a stereotype, they are running away! I said as JMI, but there was an extra ocellus down the wings, so I'm glad to know his name I'll note: 18: Thanks for this beauty Josy! : 6:

I think it's maybe a shrew or satire, but I'm not sure. By cons I am sure that the plug is very pretty, a good net with balls in a nice light color, bravo. : 1: Jean-Mi.

The brown strip on the edge of the wings, the eyespot on the forewing and multiple eyespots on the hind wings can be admitted. Gipsy Bravo and thank you. : 3: It also bears the name 'Tityrus': 18:

A beautiful butterfly in a beautiful environment look good,: 3:.

The white flowers that browses this charming ribbon eel, are flowers of badasse (Dorycnium pentaphyllum), a Fabaceae that grows on dry, rocky soils. They form globular heads, borne on long stalks. Its leaves are quite characteristic, with leaflets inserted at a single point clearly visible in the photo. Beautiful presentation: 1:: 6:

Small patch of shade on the left wing of the butterfly. You managed a nice picture of these flowers "flown" by the butterfly. : 3:

: 5: liked it so much that your butterfly I did some research and for me it is a "Common Copper (Lycaena phlaeas) Identity Card: butterfly family Lycaenidae. Wingspan: 25 mm Face forewing orange, more or less shaded with brown, with black spots and a brown border. That of the hind wings are brown with a broadband red-orange brassy. The underside is similar to the above before, but with black spots rimmed clearer. At the rear, the coloration is duller, gray-brown spotted with black, with a thin orange stripe pale. PS: If that's not it, shame! : 12:: 12:: 12:: 18:

It was I who had filed yesterday a little too fast in Tirzah. The circles on its lower wings prevent him from being a Tircis and copper. After some research, I found "banded eel" that it seems to go much better even if the error is still possible and change item always possible ...
