This tree is located in the Pyrenees-Orientales. Its spines are very hot, for my part I use them as the old to make spears for eating snails is very rustic.

1: This 'Cassier' during flowering is beautifully highlighted in the blue sky. The spines are impressive indeed seen the big plan for identification: Gipsy Bravo and thank you. 3:

You're right Ninik, it is indeed the cashier, also known as acacia or mimosa Farnese. It is a shrub tortuous and irregular, highly sensitive. The drooping branches are armed with stipular spines long, straight and white. Its leaves are alternate, glaucous green. The inflorescences are composed of globular flowers tiny, golden yellow, very fragrant. Ornamental shrub, it can be planted alone or grove, but it is also used to form hedges. Cliché very interesting presentation: 1:

No certainty but I've seen bushes with thorns like Collioure wearing yellow flowers, somewhat like the mimosa. This could be a cashier (acacia farnesiana).

I could not tell you the name, but I saw a tree like Saarburg (the city to the waterfall).
