Cap d'Agde is about 25 km from here. Yes it's true, there are a lot of wind and Narbonne, it's even worse.

"I bend but do not break" this excerpt from "The Oak and the Reed" by J. De la Fontaine, corresponds well to your picture where we see the movement as the wind gave the foliage!
