Until today I thought the aphylante montpellier called the flower of flax?? Can you enlighten me?? Perhaps the common name is?? Thank you.

I do not think aphyllanthe of Montpellier and the flower of flax are similar. The aphyllanthe looks like a tuft of reeds when not in bloom and grow along the roads. Horses and sheep are fond. Cons by the flower looks so flax is grown because of its oilseeds. I think you will have more information on Google.
