Author '

(Id 188037
) : Two days ago, I take a photo of the tree lit by the sun through the clouds. What was not my surprise to see this tree 'in land' a few hours after, shot dead by the owner of the pre !

A sad fact but a very nice upgrade in image...
We can expect a valid explanation, we do not have the last word...
Very beautiful contrasts of colors on the one on the left, while the sap was still dripping in his trunk.
Thank you for your passage.

the sad story of this tree which seems to have been uprooted, in fact, as Francis said, and I wonder for what reason.

Yes, it also shows that this peasant is going to win a metre of more in his fields. How many year to find a beautiful tree of this magnitude ! Not enough forest-land had the storms for this man. A big one
for this cliche and thank you Zen to show that a living tree it is even more beautiful.

Hello.
In the discharge of the owner, this walnut was, perhaps badly, if not a long time ago that this tree would have been torn off.

Good idea to put these two pictures in contrast. See the roots... would it not be ripped out of the ground that it would have been ? He would come with his tractor, the farmer ???
Unless nature lightning would have shot down

Hello.
I confirm that this walnut has been 'uprooted' by the owner of the pre with a big tractor. It has since been chopped up !

Beautiful contrast of light and color temperatures between the living tree and the dead tree.

This tree is filled with glory, and gilded by the light, that it is sad and poignant
to see it extended to full length, ready to be drawn in to be devoured by the fire.

You have done well to take his picture as he was standing, after it is less beautiful.

Every day thousands of trees are cut down in the most complete indifference. Hope that we replanted as much...
Thank you for your photo Zen
