Very fond of 'hollyhocks' ((Althaea rosea), it is normal that they are there also to reproduce. It could be a couple of 'Weevils Apions of the pinks trémières (Rhopalapion longirostre), aspect clear, legs included. Keep an eye on your flowers ! They are voracious ! Hat to the sharpness of the photo, and thank you.

It needs to be reined in, because the space is too important to the left, but there is a problem of sharpness.
