Author 'D.marsim' (Id 235192 ) : I prepared this Saturday, a beautiful lamb. Saute onion, garlic in the Bertoli, grab the mouse (as I had no more white wine I've poured the Noilly Prat), thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper, black, 1 hour 45 cooking.
Sunday I warmed up and at the end of cooking add the apricots mellow. A delight accompanied by a fine rosé wine.
