It is indeed the blue Catananche (Catananche caerulea). It is a plant that grows in the arid lands of southern France where it is fairly common. The flowers are purplish blue and toothed at the tip. The stems are erect, hairy and leafless. Very easy to crop catananche Blue is a short-lived perennial with a relatively short life. Joli cliché: 1:

Gipsy, I think it's blue catananche dry. I had been identified as some time ago! Here is the period, or rather the end of their flowering except in wetlands where they are still beautiful. They are lovely bloom and dry! : 5:
