30 Lake Road Massif Central in 2001

Author 'Denis246' A voir (Id 73841 ) : One of the many lakes of the Massif Central guess here is leaving behind the trees, the colors of autumn 2001. The roots so many to break the way I found unusual!

It wants to take his backpack and walk along this path.
> Clairebielande [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 23, 2008
The outcrop roots first attracts the eye but the soft light that bathes your photo is also very beautiful. The composition is very good too. As for colors, they are very gentle. Thank you for this lovely autumn table.

: 2: A beautiful area of Auvergne! It would have been interesting to do a series on this lake. Former crater, the lake is approximately 90m deep. When the sky is clear, the lake is a beautiful blue! The 'arctic char there are many. These fish, which live in deep waters, are quite rare in Auvergne. The trout are also quite present. Several years ago, a chef had the idea of immersing a few bottles of grand cru for maturing wine, protected from light and vibration. Your image is entered. I posted one of the same type and taken by my wife Michele63, from the lake Chambon.

: 1: The fall colors are beautiful, brightness is good and should be very pleasant to walk, although with caution. In screen is beautiful: Bravo and thank you for my favorite pictures. : 4:

This passage characteristic or the roots of beech (Fayard) 'are flush skin' is on the upper tower of Lake Pavin. The game erosion is certainly one of the factors behind this feature. In summer the color of the lake water is very dark because it is very deep (92m). 'It is a Maar.

Thank you very much for these additions. I admit that I was very sure of the exact location! ... It dates from 2001 ... So I did not make a mistake in locating on the map.

It is true that this picture is beautiful terrain with roots on the small path. And beautiful autumn colors as well, I think this picture was taken in the evening.

Despite a dominant beige, the picture is pleasant and well composed. Especially well lift their feet on this path that is worth a look, bravo! : 3:: 3:

Bel outcrop roots! This is obvious at first glance. Then comes the diagonal formed by the path along the cannot, a week before the lake was invisible, camouflaged by the thick foliage. The few remaining leaves filter the light of the most beautiful way, everything seems absolutely natural, a very slight addition of contrast maybe. I like a lot bordering the lake: 5:: 3:

Be careful not to take the foot in the roots, we risk a bad fall. It could also take these roots like snakes intertwined. There is a dominant dew which gives this landscape all its softness. The brightness provides some privacy at all! : 3:

Framing roots pleasant and beautiful, it reminds me of Lake Pavin. By the colors against interest me.
> Domi [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Nov 21, 2008
A very pleasant by its composition and colors. The roots make me think of large veins.
> Youpiya [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 21, 2008
The colors have seemed a bit bizarre ... I do not know what the experts think but I think your white balance is not good, unless of course it is wanted. Otherwise the frame is superb and roots ground really impressive ... Have you tried a photo close roots?

The white balance is Kodak gold 200 ... Plus a slight touch of light and contrast in Photoshop, it is true with a pile of Saturation on the Blue Lake. Otherwise, it was almost natural in it.

You developed the photos with you? You could open up a new post on how you proceed from the digital camera? (equipment used but also technical) I don interested and I think others.

Well I do not have much to say simply using a scanner that accepts the negatives (which I develop in their time at a photographer whatsoever, even in supermarkets ...) = Epson Perfection 4990 Photo. The results are rather good, although there are certainly more powerful scanners, but more expensive. That is, is.

Beautiful composition, this picture makes me think of walks that can be sometimes in the forests deep and mysterious. The curve, roots and the lake in the background gives even more meaning in artistic cliché. I regret that the EXIF data are not present. : 3:

No EXIF data, as is money ... And I did not note the settings ... Sorry.

: 3: I agree with my friend Valljc in his commentary. A beautiful light, beautiful colors (perhaps a bit more contrast), a good frame and those roots on the path that resemble the veins that feed the forest. Brief , A beautiful picture. : 1:
> Isabel06 [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 21, 2008
Beautiful image, Beautiful place, be careful not to take up in the roots: 4:
> JC [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 20, 2008
