Author 'Denis246' (Id 111825 ) : A little over 1000 m altitude, -12 ° C, and a sky of great clarity as it did in the mountains in cold weather! The photo was taken east, although some recognize the constellations.

At night as I dream of seeing, as it is beautiful. Very good photo, I like the mountain is quiet, we see only the sky ...

I'm smug admiration before this picture that we put the head in the stars. Denis is great, nothing to touch me. The first plan has some bright areas with snow, we ask no more in such circumstances. I know a few constellations, but none comes to me here. March 6, 2010, last quarter moon ... much light? Have you cleared the many snow-capped? Amazing clean air. : 3:

Wading is a difficult term to use in the field: 14: The choice of the exhibition is already a strong explanation in itself: 800 ISO, 25 sec, f: 2 = 8 it corresponds to a brightness value of -- 4 IT! ... ie 8 times less light than the full moon (or so they say otherwise, need 3 more diaph), or 250 times less light than a room lit with a candle, or 1000 times less light than a normal street illuminated at night. So this is not the moon that illuminates the mountains, it was not lifted. It's just the lights of the village, 1 km below. Photo gross sensor thus giving the mountains all orange, like street lighting. I retouched the white balance for a natural color. Now you know everything. : 18:

I appreciate the simplicity of this picture but successful with the moonlight on some rocks. : 6:

I like photos that show the night sky. I just liked a more interesting foreground. But, as you master the technique, it should be possible to go with a nice cottage or village in the distance. Finally, I am a little demanding and bravo for this: 1:

Original and cool this photo, I saw just the tops with a little more highlights, but it was daring, I appreciate: 1:.
