Author 'Denis246' A voir (Id 117214 ) : It seems to me that this is a kind of green beetle? Still, the sun was setting, and had begun the night in the heart of a daisy.

I found your beautiful composition, Denis. The frame, the frame as the blur and the white flower highlight this little sleeper yellow green on his bed very comfortable. Thank you for this very nice photo: 6:.

This beetle is superbly enhanced on the yellow center of the daisy. I love how you framed. The format works well. A beautiful shot: 3:

: 13: The shape and length of corrugated antennas do not match those of the 'golden Cetonia' but a 'beetle'. ISOlated and attracted by the color yellow daisies, what could be the "Cryptocephalus hypochaeridis': 14:. The metallic green beetle that puts the family 'chrysomelids' beautifully observed. Interesting photo documentary Denis246 Bravo and thank you. 3:

Thank you all for your comments and you Fan particularly for this wealth of information. You have no idea on the name of the butterfly that I posted today (in truth, it is pale green). : 16:

Pretty stupid, I have two in my garden foraging always the same flowers (yellow roses), I was told it was a golden rose chafer!

No, Josy he is not the rose chafer: 18:. This specimen is about to pluck the daisy in Cinemascope is much smaller, more compact, the antennas are so different ... But he gives us the same gorgeous metallic green color. The photographer has worked well, what does not surprise us.
