385 Cathedral bazas Church

Author 'Denis246' A voir (Id 125718 ) : It continues the holiday photos in chronological order all but ... Here is the cathedral Bazas. Fortunately on the roadside they are the brown signs indicating tourist attractions not to miss, otherwise I'd never turned to see this beautiful church!

I know Bazas Cathedral, which was a step for us to go down to the Pyrenees, but the picture is superb, it feels it is reflected in a lake. : 1: it's very impressive. Did you also photos of the large square in front? 3:

How curious indeed! I do not know this cathedral. Well I just read the other reviews, I never imagined that you have taken the target font. Me thinking about a source in the church. Congratulations and thank you, looks awesome and somewhat mundane.

In fact, given the size and position in the church (ie not right next to a door), there is a baptistery I think, rather than a font. It's pretty rare that baptisteries are filled with water today.

It would have been a pity, indeed, not to seek such a beautiful building. The shooting is not commonplace and the idea of relying on the font is excellent and really gives the mirror effect as the image. The framing is impeccable: 3:

: 1:: 3: Beautiful shot, the reflection in the font highlighting the scenery ...

Strengths offset, an exhibit perfect, your eye has mastered the scene, Bravo: 3: (to answer you, picture taken from the neck up, croppée, it shows because the image is slightly degraded, thank you for your passage ).
> Jasmin [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Sep 03, 2010
A beautiful photo that pays tribute to this beautiful cathedral that I did not know. Face in the foreground is a huge plus, it's really beautiful.
> Evelyne >Reply Sep 03, 2010
Very nice picture by the subject, precision construction and contrast of light: two vertical one clear, a darker side of the column below the reflection in the water that holds everything and refers to the opposite transverse lines formed by the windows. Balance and harmony!

: 3: Yes they are welcome these signs: 1:, what a wonder, where did you get? : 1:: 3:

In the church? Through the door ... : 19:: 20: Bazas? I do not remember well ... I was on the road between Aire sur l'Adour and Bordeaux.

I knew that the beef Bazas and admits far ignored Heritage listing by UNESCO of the cathedral that you superbly photographed: recovery prospects, light reflections are perfect.

In this case, there was not even need to straighten perspective, taking care to fit well to avoid horizontal vertical vanishing. The value of 16 mm is having a field angle so open that it allows this kind of image. I just cropped format 3x4 instead of 2x3.

A nice shot for an image of quality.
> Kaenafelix [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Sep 03, 2010
Formidable ... : 1:: 3:: 6: The beauty of the Cathedral, and the expertise of the photographer ... 5: The reflection magnified view. Sincerely, Judy.
