The dried flower is the great tordyle (Tordylium maximum). This plant, stem rough, is found in waste places, roadsides, and near hedges. It is recognizable by its fruits hairy, elliptic, flat flanged thick and somewhat embattled well highlighted in this picture. The observation of basal leaves (hairy leaves and serrated), and above all the fruit makes a reliable identification. Joli cliché: 6:

Thank you for your identification Fada, this flower is beautiful, but I had not seen the swarm of wasps below, or I am gone "full speed" and I would not take the picture.
