Why wood and not gardens ?
A : the coloring of the péristome, that is to say, the opening rounded of the shell. Is clear at the snail gardens (Cepaea hortensis) and dark at the snail of wood (Cepaea nemoralis).

Thanks for the information. So I'm going to harvest this drool. I thought it was the oil brake.

I admit that I don't like this subject at all. These beasts make me horror. But your picture is very well.

Given that I have a sister-in-law in Quebec and that will come in Belgium soon, I'll ask him. I believe that these snails are in the world.

I like the softness of this pdc reduced. This accentuates the beautiful attitude of the beast. Bravo

This snail is sharp and its colours are nice. With respect to the diagonal presentation, it is attractive and its environment. It could be a 'Snail viennese' (Cepaea vindobonensis) - A check, of course - ! Bravo Francis, thank you and have a nice weekend.

With this citizen there is no need to activate the 'motion tracking'. Beautiful macro of the snail's forest in its field ! However, you missed the essential point : the depth of the gaze

With this comment I don't know what to say. Yet it is in the mode to 'speed priority' that I have been able to enter it. For the eye, it was glowing I fell in love

The focus is where it should be. I like the neutral background on which the subject stands out, the cylindrical shape of the support in accordance with the rounded shape of the shell, .

Thank you for your comment ; I pass it in the PCV to the subject normally, with its long antennae, is expected to easily intercept
