A swan in motion Mute Swan

Author 'Tintin.dd' (Id 235564 ) : This is Jofu a cliché in question. For shooter this swan in flight and a long exposure, I used a neutral filter to reduce the speed to 1/80sc, the result is interesting, but I, however, lacks a bit of sharpness on the bird's head. When do you think you , waiting for your reviews, good weekend to all.

Not convinced by the use of the neutral filter in this context. The subject is not net as you outlined.
A retry with other settings.

It is quite surprising to have this result with these settings and the neutral filter. It is true that the head is missing a bit of sharpness, but with a speed at 1/80 I would not have had the idea to try. My filter is a lot darker, I should try it on a goose or a volatile similar to see. This is a test quite interesting to do since I have the same hardware. Bravo Andrew for this image of a swan, which file to look great, and thanks for the idea.

Hello and thank you to appreciate. It is necessary to try even with a filter darker and the weather is fine, you get the ISO and you open more to f5-f8, the speed should go up comfortably for a test to be approximately 1/125sc. Good day.

I think that the blur is very important to show that the animal is in motion. It is much more beautiful than the freeze. I photographed swans well net in flight but I prefer yours. Bravo André.

A cliche is exceptional no doubt, nothing to say : just admiring.

You have very well made the effect of speed and I love the beautiful game of contrasts, ranging from white to black. TB I can't give you any advice because I don't even try.

It is sure that the exercise is difficult. I wouldn't know how to do it as well. I agree in general with your shots, but not this one. I can't find enough net, and at the top to a place a little bit overexposed ? But this is only my humble opinion, other experts may give you advice more knowledgeable. In any case, bravo to you try to the same exercise very difficult.

Ah yes ! I was looking for and I am not disappointed. A lack of sharpness on the head ? Bah, if this is true, it is offset by the beautiful lighting. The body is in focus, the tip of the wings is blurry, there is a beautiful spun behind, no doubt about it it darkens and it is really beautiful, a master-stroke, . Your neutral filter was a small factor I guess.

the result is aesthetic and so much better than what I would have done, but it is true that the head of the swan, lack of sharpness.
