AV base camp Nepal

Author 'Christian barbier34' A voir (Id 33853 ) : This huge block of about eight metres of height, in balance on the moraine of the gigantic glacier Khumbu, has been carries and tabled by the same glacier. It seems to be like a Sentinel and we welcome to the base camp.

I would have thought that it was on Easter island in the Pacific, but the snow capped mountains say otherwise. These monoliths came maybe from Nepal ? Super beautiful photo.

Quite impressive in this rock balanced on this pile of stones, strange and dangerous.

one more fantastic photo when one has read the comment, otherwise one might ask why you have photographed a 'stone'.

I see it as a threat than as a sentinel

It is also in knowing the history of this rock that we realize that the glacier is retreating.

Natural Sculpture brought to disappear, in any case to move. Thank you for giving us a memory of your trip to Nepal.
