Abeillle on lavender flower

Author 'Nicole.barberon' A voir (Id 90973 ) : Lavender attracts a wide variety of insects, I could take this small solitary bees hung on a rod. I think it is a bee "Anthophore" without any certainty. If one could give me the exact name, I would be delighted. Thank you in advance.

You always offer us as beautiful macro photos, and this one is no exception to the rule. It is true that the smaller sensors provide a large depth of field, and associated with a windscreen, if it is known to exploit these tools you can get high magnifications: 3:: 1.
> Hiris [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jul 30, 2009
The installation is original, it looks like she made an effort to arrive at the top of the mat. I have also seen me in lavender? Beautiful taken.
> Fanfan du Fatras [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jul 29, 2009
Perfect macro: 1:! But the posture of bees is like the end of its short life, we begin to see insects dying on lavender: 10: fixed and immobile, they expect the final fall A beautiful image but calls to mind late summer and end of life.

The bee, which looks more like a drone, apparently wearing winter clothing for this climbing stem. She thinks perhaps to climb peaks? : 18: I have not seen this kind of bee that seems a bit strange compared to the honey bees! Excellent macro. Congratulations Nicole! : 1:: 3:

Nicole say the same with your reflection in the eye of the bee, you can we do? This is to say that I am still admiring your macros to a point where I am ashamed to post my butterflies!

Azhrael thank you, unfortunately I do not know if I could do the same with reflections, I have a tiny camera. With much patience and study the behavior of insects, I nevertheless make macros quite correct.
