There is no glacier the Aiguille du Midi in Chamonix, I'm sorry! In the foreground, this is the Bossons glacier. The second is the glacier Taconnaz. The houses on the left is an old cable car station.

It's a great image and especially valuable evidence of what remains of the glaciers are dying ... I do not register "green" with its own set of ideologies, I just love nature and for a very long time and I am sad and worried. The glacier is water and water, that's life!

Yes, but despite its enormity, is a misleading appearance as all the glaciers retreat "by eye" today. Beautiful testimony of an era for a stay because of global warming.

Nice picture of that other piece of paradise that are the glaciers of Mont Blanc: 6: The man you see before is the Glacier des Bossons and the artery Taconnaz. In between the language of rock ends up at the junction of two glaciers, and climbing up the (long ago ...) I can assure you that the view is fantastic: 5: I think the building you see is indeed a refuge.

I knew for the Glacier des Bossons, but not the other! 1: You have climbed this glacier: 11:: 3: The vision was already staggering and unimaginable various terraces but you've got amazes me! (Already there, just like that, I return with a beautiful external otitis : 12: "I tasted: 5: ... And I tasted: 10:!).

I climbed the rock that goes to the junction but not the glacier itself: 7:! I leave that to specialists. : 18: It was already 4 good hours climb from the village of Bossons, but I was 30 years old!
