Alpine work

Author 'Boucher Marc dit de Meilh' A voir (Id 143886 ) : Near Villard de Lans in the Vercors. We distinguish here the photograph agricultural work of the uplands. The farmer spends his harrow fields to conduct soil aeration and foam tear accumulated during the winter ... An ecological approach altogether. The best grass can grow smoothly and the harvesting of hay to store for the winter periods will be good. Marc Boucher said Meilhan. : 19:

Thank you very much for this shot that reminds me of my brother ... gone too soon by abuse of his work in chemistry of the earth. My father, he practiced organic farming, he was ahead of its time. But my brother did not follow ... Here, we move the harrow in the Pyrenees, is burned, which is absurd! Nice picture of working the land, full of nobility ...

Yes, I know that in the Pyrenees it sometimes burns the fields to remove the bugs, weeds, anything that can harm the land, livestock, etc.. I know this has been repeatedly condemned man is tenacious but also in error. It did, after the winter, with my parents in wildlands to grow good grass of spring, which is not the same thing. Your brother was a victim of something that could happen to me in my studies if I had continued in the agricultural sense of teaching. I refused, I gave up everything for me back to the arts and literature. Good luck to you and thank you. Regards, Mark.

Oh Nicole! We embrace our good, brave farmers ... huh? It is true that they have merit and the galley does not change much technologically speaking: always the same work. In addition, the galley of the 'greenhouse kiki' as I say with loads and loads always for wages that do not follow all the time. But hey, I love this life that was my childhood and part of my adolescence, I love this life where food is there, home or processing of products, I love this life where happiness to feel the fragrance of good manure from stables, etc.. Replaces the (harmful) of our cars, our factories, etc.. Nevertheless, the manure is only good, he just has to see the wealth of our gardens as it flies in the roots under the plant ... Regards, Mark. : 19:

Hello Julie, thank you for your visit. You okay, this boom? ... You're right, in southwestern guys have the habit, often driven by agricultural technicians and engineers, to mislead any-will of fertilizers, pesticides, etc.. Especially after the 1970 revolution that made it bloated especially when monoculture grain corn is widely grown ... We no longer smoke in the fields as before, not enough not enough livestock manure to land and especially big and getting bigger. We are no longer in subsistence agriculture. Put 'slag' in the meadows is not dangerous, nitrate and superphosphate yes. Burn the land is nonsense of course. Good Weekend and weatherstripping, Marc. : 1:
