This flower is used to make tea dragon, with a garland of jasmine flowers, they are locked up in a ball of white tea that opens when you pour in boiling water, very surprising ... !

It is an Amaranth hybrid 'rich purple' (Amaranthus). It is made up of countless ears of colors purple-red. The reddish leaves have veins strongly marked. Amaranthus comes from the Greek 'a'= without, and 'marantos' that fades. Amaranth has the reputation of not fading. It is a plant, very decorative in a solid, as we watch this picture.
