Ancestral tradition Republic of Rwanda

Author 'Chasseur de temps' (Id 131692 ) : Ancestral tradition - you guessed it we are still in Rwanda, in the eastern part of the country, precisely in Akagera. Here is no risk of extirpation, except the passage of a vehicle on the track once or twice a day, nothing has changed. For centuries the time has stopped! Neither clôtute or fence, cattle graze free of any movement. Note: Our presence (5 persons) does not disturb the herd, nor winged.

Not often used to place my photos in Favorites , but my involvement has a expo on animal photography allowed me to hear words very enlightening on the differences of approach to life in many of the friends of the betes .
Maybe the opportunity to a forum topic?

You know Francis I did that going to them and approach them without disturbing them. Nothing more! It was much easier and less stressful than the mountain gorillas.

A beautiful photograph of this nature all in harmony and peace, like most of us humans would like that is always and everywhere. : 5:: 6:

They give me the impression that they are in perfect harmony with nature. Quiet.

It is not just an impression! This is indeed the reality and c'esr certainly for this reason that this species managed for 8000 years to be ever present in these pastures. To my knowledge there was no issue here of mad cow!

The Watussi are the result of a cross between zebu cattle and the Nile. The Watussi were domesticated 8000 years ago. They then used for transport, protection for their meat ... They were then treated like cattle kings. Thus, in some tribes (Masai and Tutsi), they were revered and the importance of individuals was based on the number of Watussi in their possession. (The ZOO Boissiere walleye).

A return to true values, a utopia ... transcribed Maximum tolerance of these large zebu from this little egret all lonely, and was neither fear nor anxiety about being there ... The analogy is the human race makes me think it would only minutes to live, our thoughts come together, Yvon: 3:

Trying to push the visitors to go beyond the pleasure of seeing a single image that we find beautiful and technically perfect in my opinion should be part of the ongoing quest of the photographer. When he left the comment suggests that his feeling was perceived and sometimes even shared, only then it can be satisfied. This is the case here and I feel less alone!

The pleasure is so great that I can not conceive otherwise wildlife photography. It's not always easy it is, but when you love it does not count!
