If I am not mistaken, the Lake Annecy is one of the cleanest in Europe. The water is transparent is very clean. Walk around the lake by bike or car is a marvel. There are plenty of nice little places for dipping. Very good idea to have taken the gardener, because Annecy is a city full of flowers. I guess you had to be on the bridge of Love to take your picture. On the left I seem to recognize the square which is located near the city hall. I hope you visited the old town. I do not see the EXIF of the photo, could you tell me about what time you made your shot?
