Author 'Lumixane' (Id 83567 ) : We are not in Pamukkale but Technoport Pagny le Chateau near Seurre Côte d'Or, at the northern end of the river route to large gauge Rhône-Saône. This terminal is in close liaison with the autonomous port of Marseille. Among other material, 80 000 tonnes of salt are stored here every year is quite impressive, the "mountain" presented on the linked picture is a little behind and is about 20 meters in height. To what use this salt in your opinion? Easy: 18:

It surprises me all the salt to melt snow on the roads in your country, It is true, you have the Alps and other mountain views. We tend to forget. We, on the mixture with sand. It is very abrasive and not necessarily beautiful mixture. : 20: Surprising. : 1:: 5:

A little geography for you Guylaine: 18: Vosges, Jura, Alps, Massif Central and the Pyrenees, as many mountain roads which are usually impeccably emerged as falling snow, they are prepared and equipped for, which is less the case in the rest of France where it would tend to wade ... Especially in the South, at Fada, for example! Good day to you who have yet to sleep by now: 18:.

Overexposure leads to loss of detail in the question ... By dint of having been wronged, I watch now, or at least I try, by varying the settings to shoot. I am happy and touched that you like this picture, thank you Nath. : 18:
