The aucuba Japan is remarkable for its variegated foliage and red berries. Its roots are deep indeed ... but it is a species particularly interesting for its decorative appearance and minimal maintenance. Thank you for your comment: 1:. Good ride on FEI: 18:

I did not know this species is a possible alternative for a hedge persistante other than with laurel or cedar.
