Aurochs 2b Highland cattle

Author 'JC' A voir (Id 97040 ) : I posted in the "cow" although it does have little resemblance to the Picardy and Normandy cows. I traveled back in time with my NPC until the mid 17th century date of their extinction, found few specimens and reported a few shots. + Seriously very intrigued every time I passed, I finally stop and clicks. After information and comparisons it seems that we are dealing with what experts call (with reluctance) of "Aurochs recontitués. They are rather small 1, 30 at withers extremely robust and rustic (outside all year) and have great longevity. Very curious as all the cattle they arrive at a trot as that they are approaching. Here, Mom made sure her little risked nothing: 19:

Like others, I ask the boy! Who looks more like a teddy bear than a cow. Damage to the hoof slightly cut by the mother and I rather regret the presence of the other little behind. I love the beautiful open gaze of Madame although a little wary, it's understandable ... : 18:

This cow is out of place in this category since it is a 'Highland cattle of a breed originating in Scotland and lives outside all year. This variety of cow (among others) was used to 'recreate' the reconstituted aurochs (Heck or aurochs), which is larger and has a much darker coat.

A little tight in the image those fine cattle. In fact the mother seems to say: "Do not most of my little ..." 4:.

Very little, perhaps, but I found it looked a little fierce, strengthened by its horns and hair. Beautiful sharpness and beautiful dive over the beast of the Bay of Somme: 2:

This beautiful image allows us to discover this race: 2:. I'm sure the little deserved a photo alone.
