Beaver Lake

Author 'Alle' (Id 138888 ) : The Beaver Lake right in Stanley Park in Vancouver. A small lake that dries up more and more like the other small lake in the park, the Lost Lagoon. If they do nothing, they will disappear in a few years. It would be a great loss for the city.

What a change ! We go from the snow to the sunny weather and the blue sky. Superb landscape again. Its disappearance would be dramatic for the inhabitants but also for the environment, and biodiversity. Insects, birds, and other flora and fauna that live there will disappear. What a shame that the humans, who have the ability to act, are not more attentive to their planet. They are the ones who spoil it...

Yes, you say it so well. But I think the dépence to do something is more important to some, than to clean and protect. This is the bad side of human, we like to throw out the window for unnecessary things, that we don't want to after a few years and that it is destroyed and starts again with something else and still spending. It is really pathetic. There are signs that say that something needs to be done, I think they are waiting, as always for donations from the public. As if we were not paying enough taxes !!!

Fan Belfort, I show that lake under different angles, while the lake still exists. Then you'll probably still see on other occasions. Thank you for having taken your favorites. : 4:: 5:

You are right Candy, often think that everything happens automatically, it can wait. But for the environment, it's getting late everywhere. Thank you to you and put it in your favorites. : 4:: 6:

They speak to parksboard, they want to ask the locals. They are always afraid of having to pay, it would not surprise me they dropped! Hold thumbs for us otherwise, because it would be very sad, that beautiful place in the middle of this forest, without our lake. Thank you for putting it into your favorite Minimo. : 4:: 6:
