Beautiful macro with a net well-placed. This anthidie well highlighted on a nice background blur has chosen a very nice support. and thank you.

Hello Nicole. Barberon. Thank you for your comment. You have managed to identify this anthidie . I didn't know this species of bee.

Wôôôw, this is a face-to-face very well done and the background gives the insect and the flower in the value.

Bee or wasp regardless, this is a good shot with just what it takes to net a well-placed, and a bottom very sober giving all the spotlight to the topic

The macro is successful. I see that you used the 100 canon. I have an eye on it

Hello Francis-Sisco. The 100 mm is really the purchase that I absolutely do not regret (even if I made a hole in my bank account). It is mounted almost permanently on my 7D. I find that it is quite versatile. And even if here and there it is said that the stabilization is not useful in macro, I can say that by time covered and in the forest it is very useful. If you have the intention of purchasing the go plus it is much cheaper than when I bought it.

For the moment I have the 300 fixed canon stabilized but macro is also versatile. I own the 90 tamron and the 150 Sigma but without stabilization. As you say it helps quite a lot of hands of course. I will see next year

I would lean rather to a wasp and not a bee.
Thank you for this nice photo Hdeledicque !

Hello Géna. At first glance you're right it would be a wasp. But his 'front' is not yellow. Or it is a young wasp, having regard to its size relative to the sprig of lavender.

Good control of the dof . The symmetry makes the photo dynamic : the plane will take off .
