Author 'Ghislain' (Id 128902 ) : : 13: "FRENCH-FRENCH, I have understood you"! From Paris-Mons you are driving too fast (not allowed here points) on the approach of the E19 Brussels. Slow down as soon Huizingen then take exit 14. Castle Beersel is there. His original end date 12th St. A little dilapidated, but deserves a brief moment of reverie. Ditches are not wide enough for a complete reflection. Perfectionists miss with me.

Very nice photo. I went there when I was still in primary school and yet I don't live far from there. One day I wanted to go there with my husband, but there was a fancy-fair, and we went to Gaasbeek.

Comment posted It is a bit dated in this photo. The place is now full of renewal. It was time, it délabrait strongly.

: 3: Ghislain us discover a treasure of more of this beautiful "small" country ... : 19: The reflections are superb, and it is certain that if you had the margin ... You would have done better .. : 18: I'm surprised that the castle was abandoned ... It's not too much used in Belgium ... Too bad ... let deteriorate a pretty witness to history. : 8:

We can not do better because of the smallness of the place but by reworking, it should draw more. Thank you for your nice comment.

Pretty good reflection of the castle. A bit too centered for my taste.

Focusing was necessary because of the narrow places. Otherwise I was also the tents of a future musical event village. Unpleasant for this place except the sounds of the era or more recent as Mozart's style.

A beautiful photo of Castle Beersel. : 6: The last time I went ... (42 years) had been eaten in the vicinity of cheese sandwiches and drank Gueuze. Maybe one day I would have the opportunity to see him.

Ha! Nostalgia. There is next to a quaint tavern-restaurant medieval-style. It still tasted sandwiches "platekaas" and excellent beers from the 4 corners of Belgium. There's even a train station in 2 steps.

Beautiful reflections and this castle still looks superb. Bravo and thank you for having given us.

Currently it is just right outside. Nothing to do with Chenonceaux. No furniture, stained glass massacred by the vandals, etc. ... Just right for a moment of reverie and the medieval tavern next door.

Beersel! Son origine date de fin 12ième S. Un peu délabré mais mérite un bref moment de rêverie. (Ghislain)
