Beetle orange Pachnoda marginata

Author 'Ninik' (Id 190833 ) : I wanted to make a macro of the flowers of the mango tree when I found myself nose to nose with this beautiful insect amber, which I believe to be a beetle, but I have not found the identity.
It is a little bigger and longer than the beetle.
Photo taken in Senegal.

Beautiful shot of this insect that you make us discover. It harmonizes with the colour of the support on which it is located. Bravo and thank you.

It is clear, the colors vibrate in unison, and the framing, head upside down, works very well. So, congratulations, it's all good and bravo

This is the Pachnoda marginata, the Cétoine margined Kenya. It is a beetle of africa. It feeds on plant matter (pollen, fruits) and lives in the wood and dead (soil or wood decomposed). Beautiful oprise to identify
