Author 'Jofu' (Id 204435 ) : It was beautiful yesterday in this public park, and who knows, this person was meditating perhaps on this thought of Victor Hugo :
'There is no one knows what dawn in an old-age blossomed. '.

With his cane, this elderly person, made a little pause, during his walk daily. A cliché very pleasant to look at.

A good black and white that suits well to this photo (TB)
Thank you for my passage recommended.

Very nice staging, pretty black and white, a small regret of the white to the left and to the right of the bench are a little burnt, even on the histogram. A small correction would be useful.

Beautiful scene the Doisneau ! And the text of Hugo suits him so well !

Beautiful photo ! We feel the gaze of the old man turned to what was its life, its joys and sorrows...

Go 'Jofu, so do not hesitate... This photo, live for the competition next month.

Very beautiful shot indeed One begins to imagine the life of this man, his loneliness (on this photo), but also the pleasure of enjoying the sun... As the said time Fighter, 'to each his own gaze' with this photo, which does not leave indifferent.

To each his own eyes ! Whatever our reading quality of the image may not be called in question, and deserves the compliments she receives.

Do you like Doisneau, I see ! The winter sun, already low, lights up with tenderness this old man lost in his thoughts. The solitude is well and good, but also the sweetness of the first rays of spring. A beautiful photo, Joel

In a black and white photo, the light and the shadows are of great importance, and I think that you have mastered the situation. Excellent photo. TB+.
> Géna >Reply Feb 19, 2014
I imagine this older man immersed in a reading philosophical or in a collection of poetry.
Still, it seems very much alone.
Thank you for this shot Joel !

Hello Joël, a beautiful picture for the contest. I like in b&w
> Mady [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Feb 19, 2014
The black and white are going quite well in this shot and gives it a style Doisneau. A scene of simple life that may well be proposed in the contest of the month
