Author's note to correct the blunder. This is not an eagle here, but the Crested Caracara: Crested Caracara Caracara or peak (Caracara plancus, syn. Polyborus plancus). Raptor also large. Marc Boucher said Meilhan. : 14:

There is error on the beast this eagle is not one! This is a Crested Caracara (Caracara plancus) of the family Falconidae. It is found in America (mostly South). The Crested Caracara eat just about anything that is alive or dead birds, reptiles, rodents ... And even coconut!

Denlig, hello. Thank you for helping me in this search ... I could not remember the name, I lost in my picture with others and instantly I was convinced it was the eagle. So, you're right, in fact, the Crested Caracara ... How can I do to rectify the error, you know you? If yes, give me advice so I can arrange with the webmaster that? ... Anyway thank you very much for you: 12:. marc

Your picture is very clear even if the stone is not an adequate basis. To the extent this Aigle des Mers can 2m50 up in my Petit Larousse.

Go Disco! Larousse your right, but everything depends on the variety of big 'bug' ... The white eagle has a nest of several tons in Canada I think. This bird is impressive indeed. Thank you for the com. It is true that sometimes it is quite difficult to photograph these animals ... The animal photography is quite tricky anyway. It takes time and therefore patience. Return often mumbles before he made ten good shot ... Here, the art of photography. Regards: 18:. Marc

Hello Nath. You have indeed clearly seen. This bird feeds mainly on fish, crustaceans, aquatic birds, dead animals, etc.. It is also powerful. I read the United States of nests were found by more than 3 meters in circumference and 6 feet tall and sometimes weighing hundreds of pounds. Marc

-:Too bad the stone back is still so clear. What park? It would be nice to indicate when sending the picture in the field provided for this purpose.

Hello webmaster EIF. Indeed, I am to specify the location when shooting. But, admittedly, having repeatedly tried on the map, the place does not exactly clear. That's why I left 'fall' if I may say that option. Otherwise, the prey was taken in 2009 at Domaine des Fauves Fitilieu of the Abrets 38,490. Thank you for what you do and get my best regards. There are two ways to locate your picture: - the map (not quite understand why you INFORMED does not match what you see by cons: 14:) - the list of parks and zoos (no risk with this tool, Just make a choice from a list given). I made the change to the list, but think ahead to the future.
