Black and White Arum
Author '
Jofu
' (Id 195708
) : We often find the arum in the bottom of the gardens, in the areas a little wet. This flower is so well served this year.
It is also said that arum is the symbolism of the trust, the depth of the soul.

Hat Jofu, because I have in my garden and I find that it is very difficult to make photos of this flower ; you have well managed to bring out the funnel in the heart of the flower.

Thank you for your passage Grouse. I'm bigger than the plant (fortunately), so I made an aerial view. To get the black background, I darkened and stamped a few bits of green ; this way of acting is maybe not academic

Bah no I am not, a flower without a stem it is a bit like a bicycle without wheels, well, personally, I don't like the bias of a flower clipped on a black background, I do not find it natural or a truly aesthetic even if it catches the eye and as we managed to remove the flower, you can most of the time to work on the background, darken, blur, the better to bring out the flower without going to the black uniform, the statement of this opinion in the past me has already earned a volley of green wood, a crime of lèse-majesté, as if my criticism was not admissible, nevermind ! But it is true that I will be more forgiving if we didn't remove the rod, such as a beheading that removes any life to the flower and flown as an unidentified flying object.

The thumbnail gave me the impression of a swan in a position incongruous, but I have to tell you that I get out of my field of poppies
about hostas, we are lagging behind, they are not even buttons in Burgundy, Catherine failed to say that these big bells smelled so deep ! The foliage alone is very nice indeed. I like your swan, Joel

A good management of the whites, sharpness and a beautiful enhancement on a dark background.
, Jofu. To quibble... I would have stamped, here and there small black dots

Thank you for your passage Isabelle. Yes, I could have stamped the black dots that I made but for fear of getting a disaster, I preferred to abstain

The hostas are beautiful plants with large leaves such as the arums, but more round and of a green which draws more on the grey for the majority of species. These are plants for shade that bloom in this time : big bells, pink or white on strong stems. After flowering the foliage remains very decorative. Now, you know almost everything.

Thank You Catherine ! I know everything now. I see what look like these plants but I didn't know their name. Actually the mix hosta-arum needs to make its effect.
