That sage "patens" is native to Mexico. It is a perennial flowering in summer and autumn.

It is a flower of sage, a plant genus of the family Lamiaceae and more precisely the sage 'Cambridge Blue' (Salvia patens 'Cambridge Blue'). It is a beautiful plant with flowers of pale blue on erect stems. These flowers are perfect edge or in a conservatory. Very beautiful shot: 1:: 6:

Hello, this is a sage, I think salvia blauhugel. There are multitudes of colors, but it is the bluer. Perennial, which blossomed every year. A +.
