Originally, it was a square built for the universal exhibition of 1910.
It has been converted from 1954 to 1965, and it has just received a small facelift.
Around the garden are the Royal Library and the Palace of Congress.
At the top we find the Musical Instruments Museum and royal Museums of fine arts located at Place Royale.
At the bottom, you can see the statue of King Albert 1st and just in front of him, the statue of Queen Elisabeth.
And, of course, one sees the spire of the Brussels Town hall.

A square built with intelligence and taste. The picture is clear and I congratulate you for your comments ... Encyclopedia.

: 3: I love the Mont des Arts, I would have liked to see a little statue of Queen Elizabeth, I wonder when it was opened ... Thank you, (at) +.

The place is really very beautiful with this park so colourful and so well looked after ! . The brightness is good, the sharpness is at the rendez-vous so thank you for this place where you can see the spire of the Brussels Town hall, all in lace.

For my part, your picture is very well framed. Being from Brussels, I know the difficulty one can encounter currently to take pictures at the Mont des Arts.

A nice photo of this place, beautiful and well-maintained, perhaps I would have framed more to the left. I like the tower.

Marsim was right, the place where I took the photo, if one gets returns, one is still in a construction site with crane, iron gates, planks, heaps of sand... not counting the many tourists who photographiaient each other and decided not to move forward. Also, all those who were in the aisles, I cleared
I hope that when I've wok again with here, the work will be finally completed.

There I know to have been often in the royal Library. It is a beautiful shot of the historic centre of Brussels. The framing seems good, the sharpness too. Not a problem with the outlook. Bravo Ninik.
