Author 'Ghislain' A voir (Id 182480 ) : A walk on the docks of Ashdod are sometimes strange encounters. Among a bunch of nerds a distracted has forgotten his candelabra religious of the 12 tribes of Israel. There is one up there that is going to be pissed. It is a tool of the tabernacle, which represents the 7 eyes of God that watch over the earth.

Thank you for your passage on my photo (which is in the September contest. It is a pleasant surprise) and your comment well flared.

It is not the colour of the packaging of these bundles of
Rock wool. The Menorah is well placed and does not lose its value providential for this country. Very original and well seen !
Thank you for this presentation and bravo for the idea !

for this photo, if original, at the beginning I thought it was a marshmallow and after reading your summary, I say that the Menorah is small, the boobs are huge.
In all congratulations for having the eye.

In the bundles there is the rock wool for the insulation of homes. It takes a volume, which explains the importance of packaging. Some sees it as Turkish delights, or soaps. As to the candlestick, it is regular sized. Thank you for your passage on this image and has more in other adventures photos.

Bravo for this photo unusual on the small picture I thought big bars of soap home as my mother did and after I noticed the candelabra

A picture that does not lack originality . Before opening the thumbnail, and read the introduction, I thought it was Turkish delights in the window of a patisserie . The rendering is amazing, I love it and this little candelabra that stands there as an intruder . Very beautiful image.

I also love the Turkish delights and thank you for your visit on this photo.
The candlestick is in reality a 'Menorah', at the beginning a tool of the tabernacle among the jews. It originally represents the 7 eyes of God that watch over the earth (there is even a chandelier with 8 branches+1: the Hanoukkia). I had so poorly understood. It is not a question of the 7 tribes of Israel, but of the 12 tribes. 10 lost and dissolved in the exodus after Babylon. There will be 2. Nothing to do with the candlestick. Complicated but good to know.

Thou hast the eyes of a lynx to have found this object among all these bundles I also like these different greens of these huge packages, nice drawings are formed by the clamping forced, a photo unusual, but very successful, bravo Ghislain

Thank you for the compliment. In fact I was wrong it is not a question of the 7 tribes of Israel. It is a menorah, originally a tool of the tabernacle (see the link). Maybe also the 7 eyes of god on the world.
There were 12 tribes of jewish people. 10 were lost in the exodus after Babylon. There are tattered a bit around the world, particularly in China. It was 2. Complicated... But you need to know.

Apart from this chandelier so special, and incongruous in this place, a port that is especially the range of greens that I deceived them.
