The terrace on which rests the brain Blue is the restaurant terrace of the MIM (Museum of Musical Instruments, is accessible through the building, "Old England" which was once a famous men's tailors in Brussels. Copy of the Building new art.

The building behind that "brain" (neo-classical buildings like all of the Place Royale), and the back building "Old England" to the black facade, houses the Museum of musical instruments. But why there was this blue brain on the roof when I made that picture, I do not know.
