Calme And Volupte

Author 'Daniel78' (Id 181871 ) : The sea and the sky are eternal lovers... and often combine to offer us a palette of colors just to amaze us and make us dream...
'He has cast over the ocean
Like a scarf, a white coat,
A veil of silk, of light,
And like two lovers entwined,
In the night, were married,
Before me, a witness to the solitary. '
(excerpt from my poem, 'Between the sky and the ocean').

A view which, as you say, breathe and calm. I would have framed more panoramic in order to avoid that the horizon is centered.

Thank you, thank you appreciate and like Michel or of Roland, it is true that a 16: 9 aspect ratio would have been better for this photo.

O time, suspend your flight ! the strangeness of this photo, it is the uniformity of colour between the water and the sky, the impression of tranquility infinite, now in terms of photo rendering, greater color differential between the water and the sky would give more depth effect as the said F1 passion ; I agree with his suggestions in adding to avoid the horizon line in the middle of the photo which is not conducive to the dynamics of the composition.

Your comments are always precious and I thank you for that. After the fact, it is true that a 16: 9 aspect ratio would have been wise.

Thank you Manu for your comment and appreciation. For my part, these gray colors still leave my imagination wander...

A superb image, made almost of one color...
The title fits him perfectly. Bravo Daniel. I would have personally framed more in pano or 16: 9 format, to add volume to the vastness of the ocean !

Thanks for stopping by here and also for your appreciation. You're right, I should have had to do the 16: 9 aspect ratio. A +.
