We found two green caterpillars that we had ever seen. This is very beautiful. You have a very nice picture of the caterpillar.

Beautiful plump caterpillar-green fluorescent incredible. Very nice photo. I found two this afternoon in a basket of money at the foot of a lilac in Saint-Denis-en-Bugey.

It is the caterpillar of the meticulous (Phlogophora meticulosa). The careful or fearful is a moth of the family Noctuidae. This caterpillar feeds at night. During the day it hides under low-growing plants, but sometimes it moves when it is about to pupate. It is full of colors vary. It distinguishes one green (the picture) and a brown-red. Beautiful macro: 1:: 6:

Very nice test shot. I really like these shades of green
For my part I find it a pity that the blur on the right draws a little too much the look.

Hoverflies, yes, but your caterpillar nestled in the hollow of the leaf of spinach is not bad either ! The two shades of green are a potent mix Panda, you have found for identification ?

First test spectacular ! The green of the caterpillar is shown on the green of the spinach, the net is not everywhere, but it's beautiful

A green caterpillar coiled on itself, fluo green, it is very beautiful and well net. Last spring I had the opportunity to see the same coiled in the same way, and I confess that I have not successful to the come out as clean, I didn't have my macro lens at this time. .
