Chalets ardents2 Winter

Author 'Abalone' A voir (Id 138787 ) : Charming village of wooden chalets, away from the concrete traditional architecture using local resources to better adapt to the climatic conditions here in the village of Haute Savoie Ardents that blends into the landscape. I liked the warmth of wood in contrast with the winter snow.

Very nice picture of mountains, old cottage, beautiful light, the square must be a gray box warning ... ? For cons, I find the black a little too wide ... Daniel

Thank you for the comment. Yes the frame is too wide but it was a test to see. Generally I prefer without frame.

A photo that is well treated well by the opposition wooden chalets and mountain. A beautiful picture! : 3:

: 1: The view is superb, even if the framing is a bit tight, and I love. Your top management is white! : 3:

Thank you for the comment. Management white longer has to be by chance that my "talent". Some days were more likely than others! But I try and try.

+: Very nice image, but I would have liked a bit more cottage. The opposition of the warm color of the wood and the cold of the snow suits me well. Beautiful light. : 18:

-:What's that little gray box, just under the roof of the second cottage? : 20:

Thank you for the comment. I opted for a tighter view of the roofs to insist on warm / cold between wood and snow. But maybe that was a mistake. When the gray square, the one who is ... win ... to be known (e): 19:

: 2: Wood, with my name, I can not but be aware: 18: The branch, (P. S: moderator, no spelling error) in the game of tennis, it's still a landmark history: 19: now you have failed in your task: 1) you do not have geo, 2) you do not specify the wood: 18: In my opinion larch or spruce, a Opposition beautiful warmth of wood and snow play (a little) the flaps joys I have broader framework for something more airy and I find the somewhat cumbersome. A plus.

If I do not geolocalized is that the link does not work, wood is the one which made the flutes not to say the piper! The frame seemed prettier on my laptop and actually seems very heavy here. Larch me comments to spruce gum and you'll see: 19:

The sky and snowy mountains form a beautiful backdrop for this wooden chalet, shame we only see the roof, I would have liked to see a little more ...

Thank you for the comment. It was a bias to insist on the roof to emphasize the contrast between the warmth of wood and the coldness of snow, I found stronger by cropping the picture like that.

And the small paraglider at the top left, which makes no noise but that is important in this beautiful panorama ... : 6: Your image is well focused, hot and cold at once ... : 2:

Thank you for the appreciation that goes straight to my heart. The paraglider was a surprise discovery on the screen of the computer because I had not guessed in the viewfinder. Friendship.
