I discovered this photo, and it is very successful like the ones you used to present to us. The brightness just on the subject brings a more, beautiful sharpness. Bravo and thank you.

The light halo that the chamois, and particularly highlights the gaze is directly on it without being able to detach. Bravo and thank you for sharing.

Pose, very natural, and the hue of the dress, the picture is taken at the right time.

Bravo, share your lighting effect 'flash' in post processing, you have optimized the value of this photo minimizing the foreground (roots) which I think was overexposed, the mix is very good. : 3:

Very beautiful photo and beautiful development of the Pyrenean ysard. Chasseurs store your guns and let these magnificent beasts roam our mountains.

At first glance I thought the reproduction of a canvas ... Still, the effect is such that it stops and it is beautiful. There are also a lot of work behind a hat. However, the trunk seems intrusive, I tried one more square format (at the risk of focusing too much animal).

> Legarstephane [G] [P] [C] >Reply Oct 06, 2009
Very nice catch: 1: The lighting of the animal is fully value this chaotic background, bravo!

> Pavotbleu [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Oct 04, 2009
Pretty stupid, perhaps more familiar than the chamois of the Alps. I suppose the colors have been reworked: the red of the animal is bright around the image, darkening the highlights in a bubble of light while the background is unobtrusive, with the curious effect of the first snow plan: it's very successful! : 6: Congratulations and thank you for this image of a fairy tale.

This 'Isard' or 'Izard' (Rupicapra pyrenaica) is in a very stately posture and in a somewhat mysterious. Beautiful rendering of the whole, beautiful colors, nice presentation: Julicarm bravo and thank you. : 3:

A soft light in the wrong place and that the Izard comes out of the shadows and becomes the star of this mountainous area. It is a beautiful animal and bravo for the taking. 1:

Tell me about this picture, at least this question: 17: Language (Picard). The beam of light at just the right place to put the beast in value and hide the imperfections of the field: 1:. I imagine your dog instead: 6:.

Animal I do not know. I like his posture, pity that the background does not render as well but after all your editing can limit the damage. Small sub, is it a wild animal or an animal in captivity?

The Izard Pyrenees is the equivalent of the chamois of the Alps. Agree with you for the background, but it helps showcase this Izard between shadow and light.

It is part of a private collection, so in captivity, someone who had the good idea to depict one of his land biota Pyrenees.
