Yes, Laetiporus sulphureus, the sulfur Polypore, without difficulty of determining, by cherry apparently, one of his favorite trees victims.

A good photo, sharp, offering a beautiful mushroom that I wanted to know the name. I researched on the net and I think it might be a sulfur polypore. : 6: Welcome back to FEI. I live in Waterloo: 18:.

This fungus parasite develops mainly on older trees or stumps. I think it is a 'sulfur conk' (Laetiporus sulphureus) / formerly (Polyporus sulphureus). Very young and very cooked, it would be edible. Like all fungi, the notice: 15: a pharmacist or a mycologist will be warned a wise precaution and prevention. Joli cliché documentary Nefertari2205 bravo and thank you. : 3:
