Chapel jpeg Church

Author 'Lustgarten' (Id 115868 ) : Nestled in the beautiful greenery, the chapel of St. Frézal Canourgue near La Lozere, is one of the oldest religious buildings of Gevaudan (10 and 12 th century) is a historical monument. In a heart-shaped bathtub sarcophagus contains the remains of St Frézal Gevaudan bishop in 820. The source close to the chapel springs from the same summer and winter and feeds a part of The Canourgue. The pond dug in a bank of white sandstone retains water which then escape in a beautiful waterfall. This restraint seems to have existed at the time of the Gallo-Roman.

It is with emotion that I visit (or look at the photos) of these places of worship which are about 1000 years! I tell myself that maybe my great-great-grandfathers (...) there prayed and I travel in time. With imagination, silence, meditation is often intense moments. Too bad that with all these robbers of churches, such places are now closed ...

: 4: thank you very much for the comment. I would have to take it in summer because it is just as pretty. Amid the greenery and tranquility, it breathes as if it was his first. When is a moment near her there like an angel passing.
