Chateau Frontenac 20100524

Author 'Chasseur de temps' (Id 117503 ) : "Chateau Frontenac" At the heart of Old Quebec, how to escape the charm of this building? Unable to resist. A presence so unbearable that it would consider any visitor to leave without taking one way or another a concrete memory evoking this icon! I did not escape the rule and to get this view of the castle I did not hesitate to take the boat and cross to the other side of the river, searching throughout the voyage and return when I had the angle that seemed the best. I do not know what will think our "cousins" of "la belle province" but I hope not to have given this jewel of Quebec architecture an image too impaired.

You have chosen the correct angle to make us enjoy a beautiful night view of the castle with beautiful colors and light, congratulations. 2:

Julie thank you for this as it leads me to think it is good to try to go after their desires. And believe me the desire to bring that image was ingrained in my mind even though the idea might seem a bit mad across the St. Lawrence to a photo at night without a tripod, since the deck of a boat and with a relatively long break! Honestly I must admit that I did not get such a result.

The cons diving masterfully accentuates the importance of the structure ... What is extraordinary is the preservation of a beautiful light on the foreground which indeed gives a good depth ... A castle straight out tales of Thousand and One Nights: 1:

You never had perhaps not noticed "The cry" but I already answered this point Charlie had made the same observation as you. It is indeed a possibility and there are perhaps others. You see, what I want is that is specified for these options make it more about so treated. In effect just change as I begin to know what I earn, or what's good?

A wonderful photo ... Suspense! Personally, I cut down to make a plan view, but it's still a great shot! 3:

I chose this frame because I think it's one that allows me to give a maximum depth to the image constructed like a diorama. The dormer roofs play in that role since a draw the foreground while the silhouettes of trees are the second just before that of the wall behind which the silhouette of the castle, inscribed in a triangle firmly on its base, shows the top pointing towards the sky. In fact, such as the castles of fairy tales of our childhood, on this point, you are absolutely right Charlie.

+: It is almost a fairy tale castle that you present us. Nice view at night. 1:

-:I saw a widescreen format by cutting the roof down.
