Chilean flamingo

Author 'Nicoledesplat' A voir (Id 151866 ) : : 4: Chilean Flamingo is easily distinguished from other species with gray legs and heels (which is often confused with the knee) "rose". He lives in huge colonies in water was deep. With its curved beak, it probes the mud and filter food particles. Pigments contained in its food it can acquire the color pink. Like all flamingos it lays a single chalky white egg on a pile of mud dome. The chick at hatching is covered with gray down, the legs short and straight bill. It went well with me when I was not expecting it. : 3:

Hi Butterfly, thank you made a comment in this photo flamingo, like you, I find them very elegant with their most beautiful plumage that varies from place to place and water points, we can better s' see if they are fed enough and especially if they "take advantage" property: 18:: 3:
