Totally agree with Anne, it is the anemone Ju, japan, mine are currently in bloom. This beautifully presented is very beautiful. Nicole and thank you for this beautiful photo.

Thank you Nicole for your comment left under this flower for me and the owner seemed to be a clematis ; to complement the answer of Anne, next to this flower, there was no other flower, and oddly enough the label was at the foot of it, strange but hey, I went to the link and I saw that indeed, it was a anemone, thank you both

Nicole, it seems to me that it is rather the anemone of Japan. That exist in white also. Well view, well taken

Hello Lumixane, no, and I'm sure because I took this photo in the garden of a neighbour and in fact, I asked him, the name of this clematis, the knowing, she has had the good idea to keep the label to one of the feet, sorry but thank you for your comment, the one and only incidentally, it makes me happy

Nicole, excuse me to insist but I still maintain that it is the anemone of Japan, the neighbor had to show you by errueur the label of the plant next to it, or of an illustrious missing that should be indeed the clematis John Paul II, see link. This often happens with labels, the amalgam Nothing is worth memorizing.
