LOVE! The sky goes well with the rocks. The ambience is great. I do the same! Lol.

Not bad except that the sky seems a little too 'isolation' of the landscape: you do not have the same resolution for both parties ... But very well for representing the nature as simply as possible: a cliff.

Ah! The hdr. It would be interesting to take this cliché paused long before ND8 filter with a history of having the sea a little surreal, I'll try my hand! Otherwise bravo.

Superb picture. I live nearby but often misses moments like that. Beau play of shadows and light, the clouds threatening to take their size.

It is a beautiful image: 3: but wououu, it looks like an ideal end of the world: it's a little scary.

The cliffs as seen from the bottom, it is original :a 15: you're on a boat ?? Beautiful colors quite to my taste , great painters should draw

Thank you for your visit, no no not on a boat at this location, there are stairs (many hundreds of steps that allow to go down) and behind the place where I found myself, the site is very protected from the EDF power station of Penly, which allows through the rock to deviate even the rising tide of the base of the cliff.

The presentation was successful and the treatment appropriate to that image, the whole is very threatening.

I like the rendering of the cliche that seems to come from another world. Bravo and thank you.

I'm generally not a big fan of hdr, but this picture is super. It was well worth the trouble to make him suffer just your joints

Really too hot ta photo Valljc. It lacks the back of a sea monster in the distance

So I love this kind of atmosphere so I am under the charm, especially at the level of the sun that arrives on the cliffs and gives relief by alternating shadow/light, which is repeated until the bottom.

However, I am much less a fan of your sky that lack considerably of dynamics, while yet there was of what to do, apparently, seen the clouds.

I wonder if you wouldn't have to do a separate treatment for the sky and then add it to the cliffs in this photo (easy to do normally with the masks in PhotoShop).
Style treatment that Didier05 was done on this photo.

What do you think ?

I think you has reason WEB the sky would have been able to be treated separately, I have a little thought.
For this one I've finally decided to leave it precisely the attention focus on the cliffs and the sea, forced the eye to focus on this part of the template in any way.
On the next one I will try to practice as you have suggested.

Well, JC, for a first attempt, hat! 2: The minutes of the sea cliffs is great. A small flat on the sky that seems a bit lacking in consistency. There you are hit by the virus hdr! Too late ... And welcome to the club!

A beautiful image that is suitable for processing hdr. A little end of the world but I really enjoy. Nice work.

> Heuzeja [G] [P] [C] >Reply Oct 17, 2008
The image is divided by a cliff falling into a beautiful diagonal. Treatment bold enough!

> Miserazzi.D [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Oct 17, 2008

Apparently there's thunder in the air Vall, but I like the sun seems to break despite the clouds and the raging sea.

Well, I'm not a pro but I like this image post-processing. This way these rocks remind me of lava rocks that I brought back from a trip there many years.
